Portable Hydraulic Interlocking Block Machine

Portable Hydraulic Interlocking Block Machine uses hydraulic compaction technology for handling soil that contains silt, clay and cement. Treated soil is used for producing mortar free blocks by curing. Interlocking mechanism of this machine ensures about its stable operation. Produced block is interlocked from its top and bottom and also from its front and back for the easy of its drying, stacking and fixing.  Mortar is used during the initial stages of block making process to minimize project cost and time as well. This Portable Hydraulic Interlocking Block Machine is fueled by diesel motor. This machine is also available with electric motor. Hydraulic power pack of this equipment comprises of top gate assembly, compression chamber and cylinders that are installed on a single trainer. This trailer is designed with necessary accessories like tail lights, spring axle, road tires and tow hitch. We offer this machine with standard grade 2220 mm interlocking block mold.
