Features of Fly Ash Brick Making Machine
One belt conveyor is provided to load as well as unload the pan mixer's material, which is generally 25 feet. It is worked with the application of three horse power motor, which is of brand Kirloskar/Crompton. Gear box is also used of a good brand. Conveyor belt used in it has rubber top nylon. Further, frictionless idlers are used for the movement of belts.

Two reva trucks have three pneumatic tyre
Have manual dragging arrangement having the lift capacity of 1000 kgs.
Details:
Automatic material feeder and Automatic pallet feeder are provided. Both these equipment are PLC controlled and operated using hydraulic principles. Pallet conveyors are also available for moving the finished fly-ash bricks. One horse-power geared motor is used for the entire operation.
