Concrete brick making machine has a heavy structure which comprises 4 shafts, that are used to escort the RAM punch of mold. A heavy-duty mold vibrator is installed in the machine. It also has a Mitsubishi PLC, which assists in achieving the manufacturing capacity range of 8,000 to 45,000 Bricks/Shift.

Finished Bricks Conveyor of 12 Feet Approx is powered by 1/2 H.P. geared motor

AUTOMATIC STACKER

It is used for lifting pallets with bricks. It is operated using one 2 horse-power motor. It has a Mitsubishi PLC along with a Variable Frequency Drive.

AUTOMATIC COLOUR FEEDER

Automatic colour feeder comes with hopper as well as pan type color mixer for pavers.

AUTOMATIC BATCHING SYSTEM

Herein a total of three bins are used. The belt conveyor is used for weighing the incoming raw material. This conveyor is installed with load cells and integrates an automatic batch control facility. Feature of computer printing is also available. It also allows storing about one week of data. The discharge of basic material is done automatically. The controlling of weighing conveyor is done on the bins of aggregate by the action of 7.5 H.P. Geared Motor with the support of 0.5 H.P. Chute vibrator

Hydraulic Batching with Weighing

Batching System comes with digital weight indicator, hydraulic hopper with two bins for individual electronic weighing system for each ingredient separately. Hydraulic hand lever/Valve operation to empty the contents of three bins in the Pan mixer.
